Over the summer I designed a book cover for “The Youth Ministry Survival Guide”, art directed by my friends at Sharp Seven Design. The book is now listed on Youth Specialties’ website and It will be in bookstores May 2008.

It was a fun and challenging project to work on. Maybe there will be some more book covers down the pipline.

Developing Sites for KDS

I recently have been working on HTML+CSS+PHP+Javascript for KDS, a design studio in Northern, VA. While I didn’t do the visual design of these site I made them work.

It has been pretty rewarding. I’m learning alot more about CSS & PHP doing this stuff.

I just launched a new website for a client, www.weadonphotos.com. The site features a slick, and simple flash interface and a nice slideshow and photo viewer. Btw, Weadon Photos shot our wedding. I’ll post when those images are up online.

Real Life Community Church website launched

Ron and I launched the Real Life Commuunity Church site today. It has a couple of issues with it and there are some more features to add to it, but I say it turned out pretty good overall.

In an attempt to design a CSS saavy site, I learned some cool CSS tricks, struggled to overcome the differences between Firefox and IE and real just tried to make a site that used the least amount as images and tables as possible. I’m happy with the results.
